Carpets: Regular hoovering will remove the "top" layers of dust and particles, but what about all the everyday grit, grime and mites that has settled at the bottom of the pile, where your vacuum can't reach? This is where our powerful "deep" cleaning machines come into force, used with the "best" solutions available on the market and the experience we have gained over the past 10 years, Willclean can remove most stains and marks and remove the particles at the base of the pile that if left there for too long will damage your carpet beyond repair. If you require we can also "protect" your carpets from spillages and stains after we have cleaned. This treatment doesn't stop you from spilling things, but it does give you time to wipe it up, before it penetrates deep into the carpet. (Please note that whilst other companies may charge you for a deodorising treatment, Willclean includes that free of charge with every clean)

Upholstery: We all take our sofa's and chairs for granted, sleeping on them, eating on them, letting the pets up on them etc etc. Just as much as carpets, upholstery needs regular attention aswell. A regular vcauum will remove the worst from the top, but what about all the bits and bugs that have penetrated and lay dormant, while we watch the TV? Your hoover can't get to them. Our powerfull machines not only deep clean carpets, but will also deep clean your upholstery too, removing all those "nasties", so that you can relax on them without worry of what is happening beneath you.     CARPET CLEANING
     Would you abuse your best woollen coat or other clothing in the same way as your carpets? If the answer is NO then you should think about maintaining their life span by regular professional carpet cleaning. Regular dry vacuuming will help to remove the hard matter that gathers and wears down the carpet but what about the pollutants and bacterias etc that live a healthy life within it. We have the solution in various types of professional carpet cleaning equipment and products. A low moisture pad system (with a drying time from as low as 30 minutes) will deal with most types of cleaning whilst for the really heavily soiled / flooded areas we use the hot water extraction machines (known as steam cleaning in the USA). No two jobs are identical hence why we cater for all eventualities. Which ever system is required you can be assured that both systems use products that are biodegradable and eco friendly. Drying times will vary with atmospheric conditions and the degree of work required to bring your carpets back up to their best. Still in doubt then check out the list on the customers page at www.willclean.eu Within this list are carpets that previously had been abused to the extreme with builders dust, oil, vomit, blood, other body fluids, pet damage etc. After all these years there's not much we haven't dealt with. UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
    One of the most abused pieces of equipment in your home! It is used to work from, eat from, jump on and sleep on, yet rarely receives any attention in the form of maintanence. Your upholstery is a hot bed of grit, dirt, sand, food, dust mites and normal air born pollutents. Hence why it should be professionally cleaned. Prior to any upholstery cleaning all items must be carefully inspected for type of material and any potential trouble areas, hence why it is in your best interests for a site visit to be made prior to any agreement to clean. From this we then decide what is the most suitable cleaning process. Leather cleaning is a specialised subject. With the varying types of leather in production a close inspection is carried out to ensure that the correct procedures are carried out. Even the sales people at furniture outlets have been proven to not knowing what they are selling in repect of the ability for that article to be cleaned. We only use enviromentally friendly products which are absolutely safe to be used in any home. Prior to cleaning all upholstery will be subject to a in depth vacuum to remove all the hard matter present.

    CARPET CLEANING SCAMS

    Scams. Like every industry, the carpet cleaning industry has its share of bad companies. Although the majority of the companies are honest, there are some that are looking to scam the consumer. This article will help you identify the unethical and help you avoid getting ripped off by a scam. This is the classic rip-off. In this scam, the customer is lured in by a ridiculously low priced carpet cleaning. Often the advertisement you read will offer in the region of £10 per room. There is no way that a company can be profitable selling its services that low. But the companies usually have no intention of leaving your home with only the advertised amount. So how do they increase the bill after you have taken the "bait" of the low price? Preconditioning Scam. One way they will increase the bill is by selling you preconditioning. Most legitimate companies include this in their pricing. That low price they offered probably didn't include it. It may have been £10 per room to do it with water only but pre-conditioning will cost you an additional amount per square foot. Considering an average room size of 150 square feet, that could be £20 per room extra. So a 5 room home would go from the advertised price of £50 to £150. Quite a difference. But what if you just refuse to pay for the pre-conditioning? Chances are you will get a substandard service or a rush job, but there is another way that they can try to force you into paying for the pre-conditioning. They may offer to do a demo for you. This isn't necessarily bad, many good businesses do demos. What Bait and Switch companies will do however is clean an area in a highly visible area. If you decide to not pay for the extra service, you will have an extra bright spot in the middle of your carpet that will stick out like a sore thumb. By doing this you are forced to pay the extra price. Extra Room Scam. Another way for Bait and Switch companies to increase their bill is through extra room charges. If you use a coupon, you must read the fine print. Some companies will charge extra for rooms over 100 square feet of carpet for example. It is hard to find a room in a typical home under that square footage, so that means the typical room will count as two and the typical living room or family room will count as three or even four rooms. Carpet Protection Scam. Almost all carpet cleaning companies offer protection at reasonable prices and carpet protectors themselves are good products. This doesn't become bait and switch until a company uses high pressure tactics. Customers may be told that their carpet will be ruined if they don't have protection applied. This is simply not true. Protection will certainly extend the life of your carpet and make future cleanings easier but it is in no way necessary.
